You want one jersey that is yours: your colors, your name, your number, for pickup games or a gift.
One jersey is a real order here. If you need a single sublimated game, practice or goalie-cut jersey, or one pair of hockey socks, we will make exactly that. A few products and decoration methods do carry a minimum, and this page names each of them before you spend time on a design.

On sublimated jerseys and socks, "no minimum" means we will cut, print and sew one piece for you. Everywhere else, the quote tells you the real number.
Think of a good bakery. It will happily sell you one loaf, because the oven is already hot and the dough is already made. Ask for a single wedding cake in a flavor nobody else orders, and the conversation changes, because now someone has to build something from scratch for you alone.
Hockey jerseys work the same way. Sublimation prints your design onto white fabric from a digital file, so the first jersey needs no screens, no molds and no dyed fabric waiting on a shelf. That is why a one-piece order is practical for us and fairly priced for you. Once a product needs fabric developed for you, or a decoration that has to be set up by hand, a minimum appears, and we say so plainly.

The print lives inside the fabric, so one jersey is made the same way as the five hundredth.
What to do next: find your product in the list below. If it sits in the "one piece" group, you can send your design today.
A small order usually comes with a very specific need behind it. Here are the six we hear most, and what each buyer tends to need from us.

You want one jersey that is yours: your colors, your name, your number, for pickup games or a gift.

A full set for a short roster, often a dozen skaters and a goalie, with no interest in paying for jerseys nobody will wear.

A regular sub finally gets a jersey that matches the rest of the bench instead of a borrowed one.

Two players joined in November, one jersey was torn, and the season is not waiting for a big reorder.

A retirement night, a memorial game or an anniversary skate calls for a one-time design and a handful of pieces.

Purchasing managers, team dealers and decorators who want one finished jersey in hand before committing a larger order.
What to do next: note which situation is yours and mention it in the form. It tells us which questions to ask first.
These four product lines are the ones we produce from a single piece in sublimated construction. Anything outside this list is named underneath, along with where to take it.

The full-design jersey for league nights and tournaments. Most single orders carry a crest, a name and a number, all sublimated.
Custom hockey jerseys
Lighter and simpler, for drills and scrimmages. Commonly ordered with a number and a small logo, in one or two colors.
Hockey practice jerseys
The same design in a wider body and sleeve to sit over a chest protector. Goalies are almost always a one-piece order anyway.
Hockey goalie jerseys
Sublimated socks, ordered by the pair, with stripes matched to the jersey. Handy when one player needs to match an existing set.
Hockey socksOutside the one-piece group: hockey pant shells, multi-layer or heavily constructed garments, and anything built in a fabric developed for you. These carry a minimum per style, and the figure depends on the construction, so we confirm it in your quote instead of guessing here.
What to do next: pick a product from the four above, then look at what you can put on it.

Every zone on the layout is printable on a single sublimated jersey.
A one-piece order gets the same design freedom as a full team set. Two items on this list come with a note, and both are about construction, never about the print.
What to do next: gather your logo files and a short list of names and numbers. A complex multi-color design costs nothing extra to set up in sublimation, though artwork that needs redrawing may add design time, which your quote will show.
It would be easy to say all three methods work on any quantity. They do not behave the same at one piece, so here is each of them on its own terms.

The design is printed from a digital file and pressed into the fabric before sewing. There is nothing to make first, so a single jersey is a natural order, and names, numbers and logos all ride along in the same print.
How sublimated hockey jerseys are made
Stitched twill names and numbers in standard fonts can be done on a small order. A custom twill crest has to be cut and layered for your design, and that one-time setup lands on however few jerseys you order. Your quote shows it as its own line.

Every embroidered logo is digitized into a stitch file once. After that, reorders reuse the file. On one jersey that first step is a noticeable share of the cost, so many single-piece buyers print the crest and keep embroidery for a later team order.
What to do next: if you want one jersey with no surprises, choose sublimation. If stitched decoration matters to you, tell us in the form and we will quote both ways so you can compare.
Small orders and bulk orders run through the same sewing lines. What changes is how the cost is spread and how many options open up.
| Dimension | No-Minimum Order | Bulk Order |
|---|---|---|
| Quantity | From 1 piece on sublimated jerseys and socks | Full team sets, multi-team programs and season replenishment |
| Unit price | Higher per piece, because design and handling time sit on fewer jerseys | Lower per piece as the same setup spreads across the run |
| Decoration | Sublimation throughout; tackle twill and embroidery with setup quoted separately | All methods, including custom twill crests and mixed decoration |
| Fabrics and trims | Fabrics in regular use, standard collars and cuffs | Wider fabric choice, custom-knit trims, developed fabrics |
| Lead time | Depends on method and current schedule, confirmed in your quote | Planned against your season calendar, confirmed in your quote |
| Best for | Individuals, short rosters, add-ons, tribute pieces, samples | Clubs, leagues, dealers and brands buying by the season |
For team-wide orders and season replenishment, review our Wholesale & Bulk Jerseys page. It covers the planning that a larger order deserves.
We do not print a price list here, because a single number would be wrong for most readers. Four things set the unit price of a small order, and they work together.
One jersey carries all of its own handling. Each added piece in the same design shares that load, so the unit price eases as the count rises.
A goalie cut, extra panels or a lace-up neck means more cutting and sewing than a plain practice jersey.
Game-weight and lightweight practice fabrics are priced differently. Both are open to single-piece orders.
Sublimation adds no setup. Stitched twill and embroidery add a one-time setup that shows as a separate line.
What to do next: tell us the quantity, jersey type and decoration you have in mind, even roughly. Send the form below and you will get a written quote showing how these four factors combine for your order, with any setup listed separately.
The steps are the same for one jersey or thirty. The amber steps are the ones where we need something from you.
Fill in the form with quantity, jersey type and sizes. You provide: whatever you know so far. "I'm not sure" is an accepted answer.
We send a digital proof showing layout, colors, names and numbers. You provide: logo files, corrections and a final approval.
The quote lists unit price, any setup, the production window and shipping. You do: read it and ask about anything unclear.
Production is scheduled once payment is received. You provide: payment by the method stated on the quote.
Printing, cutting and sewing on the same lines that run our bulk orders. You do: nothing. We will write if a question comes up.
Each piece is checked against the approved proof for size, spelling, number and print quality. You do: nothing at this step.
Your order is packed and handed to the carrier, and tracking is sent to you. You provide: a delivery address and a contact phone number.

From printed panel to packed parcel, a single jersey follows the same route as a full run.
What to do next: step one takes a few minutes. Missing details are fine, because our first reply asks only for what is still needed.
A team is never finished. Rosters change, numbers change and kids grow. Once your design is approved, it stays on file with us, and a reorder of one piece is a normal request.

Send the name, number and size. We produce one jersey from the approved design file. No new artwork and no new design approval, only a quick check of the new name and number.
In sublimation the number is part of the print, so a new number means a new jersey. It is still a one-piece order against the same file.
The design scales to the new size automatically. You confirm the size from the chart and we make the piece.
A new sponsor or a changed crest counts as a design update. You will get a fresh proof to approve before anything is printed, and the old version stays on file too.
What to do next: keep your order reference from the first order. Quote it in the form with the new name, number and size, and the reorder skips straight to the quote. When add-ons turn into a full new season, the wholesale program will serve you better.
The six questions small-order buyers ask us most.
Yes. On our sublimated game, practice and goalie-cut jerseys, and on sublimated hockey socks by the pair, one piece is an order we accept and produce. Pant shells, custom-developed fabrics and some stitched decoration carry a minimum, and your quote states it before you pay anything.
Yes. Every jersey is cut to the size you list for it, so youth, adult and goalie-cut sizes can sit in the same order, each with its own name and number. The size chart helps you choose.
It depends on what you send. Print-ready vector artwork usually goes straight to a proof. Artwork that has to be redrawn, or a design built from a rough sketch, takes design time, and any charge for that is written into your quote so you can approve it or decline it.
Yes. A single jersey in your real design is the most useful sample there is. Order one, check the fit, color and print on the ice, then decide on the rest. The approved design file stays on record for the larger order.
It depends on the decoration method and on how full the production schedule is in the week you approve your proof. We confirm a production window in your quote, and we would rather give you that date in writing than print a number here that may not fit your order.
Yes. We print artwork you own or have written permission to use. We do not reproduce professional league, school or team trademarks, or designs made to imitate them. If your crest is original, you are fine. If you are unsure, send it and we will tell you before any work starts.
One jersey or a short roster, the first step is the same. Tell us what you know, mark the rest "I'm not sure", and Anna on our sales team will reply with a proof plan and a written quote.
